Planning Stage
An initial consultation including the client, B&K Builders and the architect, will begin the process at which time we will discuss the design, budget and your vision, and answer any questions you may have regarding the building process.  We will work together to combine these elements to create the best blueprint for your dream home.

We work with local realtors and lenders to find the perfect location & financing for your new home. 

Construction Process
Once plans and permits are obtained, a construction meeting will be held between B&K Builders & the homebuyer to review the construction schedule and timeline.  An average custom home can take 8-14 months from start to finish.

During construction we will keep in constant communication with you, which includes meeting every member of our team to answer any questions that you may have with any specific part of your home at each phase of the process (i.e. framing, electrical, plumbing etc.).  After each phase has been completed, there will be an on-site walkthrough with the builder and the specialist to ensure everything is completed to your specifications. These progress meeting are an important step in the construction process. They allow the buyer and builder to make any necessary adjustments before the next phase of construction.

Completion of Construction
Upon completion of your new custom home, the owner of B&K Builders will accompany you through the final walkthrough inspection.
